Our Good Grief group is no longer running, but we do have a Bereavement Support service.

Please see our  Bereavement Support Service page for more information.

There are many reasons why you might experience grief:

  • When a partner, close friend or relative dies
  • The end of a pregnancy, through miscarriage or termination
  • The end of a significant relationship
  • The death or loss of a much loved pet

No cause of grief or way of grieving is right or wrong. It is important to accept the way you feel and not try to compare your feelings to those of others, or to some sense of how you think you ‘should’ feel.

You feel what you feel and that is okay.

Grief can feel very overwhelming and lonely, and we want to support you so you don’t feel alone.

Bereavement Support Service

Our Bereavement Support service offers individual sessions that focus on listening and helping you work through your grief.
