We have 3 recovery workers, Tim, Claire and Caroline, who are available for 1:1 appointments. You can meet for a one off appointment or for a series of sessions. We offer support to help you to set goals, and identify the small steps that help you move towards them. We also have recovery focused sessions at our drop in, where you can meet others who are also looking at their own recovery.
