Bereavement Support Groups
If you are experiencing grief and loss and would like to connect with others who have/are undergoing a similar experience, we would like to invite you to our Bereavement Cafe.
It’s held on the first Monday of every month at 6.30pm at All Saints Church, Commercial Road, Newtown.
Tea, coffee and cake available! Although the meeting is in a church, we welcome people of all faiths and none.
If you are experiencing grief and loss from suicide bereavement and would like to connect with others who are experiencing something similar we would like to invite you to our meetups.
The groups are held monthly.
In North Powys, the meetups are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month between 3pm and 5pm at “The Lounge” in The Armoury, Ponthafren, Welshpool
In Mid Powys, the meetups are held on the 1st Thursday of each month between 1pm and 3pm at Carad, East Street, Rhayader

Bereavement Support Service
As well as the two peer support groups, we also have a Bereavement Support Service which provides one-to-one support in your grief and loss with one of our highly trained volunteers.
