We are looking to recruit two Mental Health Practitioners to join our team.

Salary: £12.90 (unqualified) / £13.72 (NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent) (+ up to 6% employer pension contribution)
These posts have a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
An exciting opportunity to provide one to one specialist mental health support to adults in mid/north Powys to enable them to take small steps on their mental health recovery journey by providing the right support, when and where they want it, to manage and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Location: Blended – home/community/schools and colleges across north Powys
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £12.90 (unqualified) / £13.72 (NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent) (+ up to 6% employer pension contribution)

We are looking to recruit a Mental Health Practitioner to join our team for the Mental Health Social Prescribing project (GP referral)
Location: Blended – home/Drs Surgery in Montgomeryshire
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £12.90 (unqualified) / £13.72 (NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent) (+ up to 6% employer pension contribution)
This post has a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
To provide a timely and additional client pathway of quality support, when people (aged 16 yrs +) contact their GP surgery with a mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing need. The practitioner will provide immediate supportive and practical solutions (covered by extensive induction and training) and referral onto other community based services.

In-Work Support Service Manager
We are looking to recruit an In-Work Support Service Manager to cover maternity leave within our team.
Location: Blended – home & office (Llandrindod Wells)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: 14 hours per week @ £15.43 (unqualified) / £16.02 (NVQ Health & Social Care Level 4 or equivalent)

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic local mental health charity managing our In-Work Support Service. The In-Work Support Service is to provide theraputic support to help people who are absent from work or at risk of becoming absent due to their ill-health to remain in or return to employment. The service also aims to support businesses to improve their health and wellbeing practices.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the management and development of this Powys-wide In-Work Support Service. The job also involves carrying out assessments and creating support packages for clients.
