Salary: 21 hours @ £13.52 unqualified / £14.06 (CQF Administration level 3 or equivalent
14 hours @ £14.56 unqualified /£15.14 QCF Health & Social care level 3 or equivalent)(+ up to 6% Employer pension contribution)

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic local mental health charity coordinating our In-Work Support Service. The In-Work Support Service provides therapeutic support to help people who are absent from work or at risk of becoming absent due to their ill-health to remain in or return to employment. The service also aims to support businesses to improve their health and wellbeing practices.
The purpose of the role is to support the effective running of Mid & North Powys Mind’s In-Work Support Service and administrative systems. The job also involves carrying out assessments and creating support packages with clients.

Blended Online CBT Practitioner
Two 14 hours per week posts
Location: Home and Llandrindod Wells Office
Hours: 14 hours per week
Salary: £15.14 per hour qualified to Level 3 diploma in Counselling or CBT recognised equivalent, with registration with an independent professional body
(+ up to 6% Employer pension contribution)
This post has a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027.
Blended On-line CBT provides up to 6 sessions of one-to-one phone, video call or in-person support to people aged 16 years and over in the Powys area. Support empowers the person to develop skills to more effectively manage their psychological wellbeing, using an online tool called Silver Cloud.
Silver Cloud, is an online space that offers a range of modules based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Full training on Silvercloud will be part of induction.
