Our Training Courses
Our new training program for Autumn 2023 has been released.
Our courses are mostly online this time over Zoom and we have some new courses.
Positive Thinking for Young People (11-18) – a two hour course on Wednesday 4th October, with Lorna and Claire. This online course has been especially designed for young people to help improve your mood and well-being through learning about positive thinking, and developing new skills and strategies to bring positive thinking into your day-to-day life.
Hoarding, understanding and supporting individuals – a three week online course on Zoom starting Thursday 9th November with Janet and Betty. The course is aimed at individuals who are struggling with hoarding to help understand why and for the people around the someone who hoards to better understand and support them. We hope to break down some of the stigma and myths around hoarding.

Our training program features courses that are run both online via Zoom and in-person.
The in-person courses are run from selected venues in mid and north powys including our Wellbeing Centre and Training Room (pictured opposite).
The choice of online or in-person training allows us to offer training courses to a wide audience throughout the area.
Training for Organisations
We also offer training to organisations and large groups.
