Our Training Courses

Our training program runs twice a year, throughout Spring/Summer, and again in Autumn/Winter.  The majority of our courses are on Zoom at present, but we do have two in-person courses this time.  Stress and Anxiety Management, in Llandrindod starting on 16th September and Building Self-Worth in Llanidloes, starting 7th October.

Training Room

Our training program features courses that are run both online via Zoom and in-person.

The in-person courses are run from our Wellbeing Centre and Training Room (pictured opposite) as well as selected venues across Mid & North Powys.

The choice of online or in-person training allows us to offer training courses to a wide audience throughout the area.

Training for Organisations

We also offer training to organisations and large groups.
