To sign up until April 2024 (when we will ask for your details again), please provide your details below. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your details to process your membership, provide you with services and support, to evaluate and improve our services, to report to funders and to make funding applications. You do not have to sign up as a member to receive our services.

It’s up to you how you want to hear from us and you can change your choices at any time. If you provide your details, we will contact you about events, services and fundraising for Mid and North Powys Mind, our campaigns and the many ways you can shape our work.
