Our In-Work Support Service provides high quality interventions which can help to reduce the impact of health issues in the workplace.
We are offering support to both individuals and businesses.
For Individuals
The service is available to anyone aged 16 or over, living in Powys, who
is Employed, Self-employed or an Apprentice.
We provide therapeutic support to help people who are absent from work, or at risk of becoming absent, due to their ill-health. Using a range of local partners we aim to help people in the Powys wide area to remain in or return to employment.
For Businesses
The project also aims to support businesses to improve their health and
wellbeing practices.
This element of the service is open to small to medium enterprises, based in Powys and can help your business to create healthier workplaces by making improvements to your health and wellbeing practices, policies or guidance.
The In-Work Support Service is funded by Welsh Government and is delivered by a range of partners in Powys (led by Mid and North Powys Mind).

Mae’r gwasanaeth ar gael i unrhyw un 16 oed neu’n hŷn, sy’n byw ym Mhowys, ac sy’n
Gyflogedig, yn Hunangyflogedig neu’n Brentis.
Darparwn gymorth therapiwtig i helpu pobl sy’n absennol o’r gwaith, neu sydd mewn perygl o fynd yn absennol oherwydd eu
salwch. Gan ddefnyddio amrywiaeth o bartneriaid lleol, ein nod yw helpu pobl ledled Powys i aros mewn neu ddychwelyd i gyflogaeth.

Nod y prosiect hefyd yw cefnogi busnesau i wella eu harferion iechyd a llesiant.
Mae’r elfen hon o’r gwasanaeth yn agored i fentrau bach i ganolig sydd wedi’u lleoli ym Mhowys, ac sydd yn gallu helpu’ch busnes i greu gweithleoedd iachach drwy wella eich arferion iechyd a llesiant, polisïau neu arweiniad.
