Elan Room Drop-in Sessions
Every week we have two drop-in sessions in our Elan Room
Mondays 1pm – 4pm and Wednesdays 10am – 1pm
Pop in for a cuppa and a chat in a safe and supportive environment. Books are available to read and take home, we have supplies of arts and crafts and can give information on all our services.
Our drop-in space in now fully accessible with a lift, disabled access, toilets and parking.
From the 1st November, our Elan Room will be a Warm Space for everyone needing somewhere warm to spend time. Drinks will be free of charge and we will have some Warm Packs available again this year to help you keep warm this winter.
“Being somewhere where it is ok to just sit and be quiet and not talk if I didn't want to.”
Craft Workshops 2025
All our workshops are full now for 2025. Caroline is planning a new schedule for 2026 and we will let you know when this is finalised.
Please contact Caroline on 07506 114469 or email caroline@mnpmind.org.uk for more information, or if you can offer a Craft Workshop next year.
Fibromyalgia Support Group
Starting in September 2025 we will be running a monthly support group for people who have Fibromyalgia. As well as benefitting from talking to others who are experiencing similar symptoms, we will be organising talks, workshops and providing helpful resources to help you manage and live well with the condition.
We realise that not everyone will be able to come to every group, so this is a drop-in session that you can attend when you are able to. For more information, please contact Caroline on 07506 114469 or email caroline@mnpmind.org.uk
