New Mums Matter Courses

Two new Mums Matters courses will be starting in the New Year 2022.

From Friday 7th January, 11.00am to 1.00pm at The COWSHACC in Welshpool.

From Tuesday 11th January 1.30pm – 3.30pm at Play Radnor in Llandrindod Wells.

The Mums Matter courses provide a safe and supportive environment and are aimed at helping mums and giving them the tools they need to deal with the challenges of motherhood.
