This week the group activity will be Planting Spring Flowers

The group meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at Wesley Church Centre, Builth Wells from 2pm to 4pm

We are an activity based informal and friendly group, open to everyone. Come along for a cuppa and join us.  Our aim is to promote health and wellbeing for all.

Each week we try out a different activity chosen by our members; from arts and crafts to cookery, trips and speakers.
