This week the group activity will be Golden Zumba with Tania

The group meets every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at Knighton Community Centre from 1pm to 3pm

We are an activity based informal and friendly group, open to everyone. Come along for a cuppa and join us.  Our aim is to promote health and wellbeing for all.

Each week we try out a different activity chosen by our members; from arts and crafts to cookery, trips and speakers.
