Stress and Anxiety Management

Week 1

This is a 2 week course that teaches ways to avoid stress, build resilience and feel calmer.

These simple techniques will also help increase your energy and improve your concentration. Includes useful techniques for managing stress and anxiety when it strikes

 

Starting on Monday 10th June at 10am to 12.30pm at Training Room in Mind’s building in Llandrindod with Janet and Tracy.
