Tai Chi

Tai Chi can help people to reduce stress, improve posture, balance and mobility.

The Tai Chi exercises involve lots of flowing, easy movements that do not stress the joints or muscles.

Classes take place every Monday (except bank holidays), 5.30pm and 7pm at Celf, Tremont Road, Llandrindod Wells.

The group is led alternate weeks by tutor Lisa Gardener and experienced volunteers.  There is a small charge of £4 per session.

Please bring exact change and wear comfortable clothing.
