A two-week course starting on Tuesday 4th March from 1pm to 3.30pm at the Wellbeing Centre, Mind Building, South Crescent, Llandrindod Wells with Janet and Tracy.

This course teaches ways to avoid stress, build resilience and feel calmer. These simple techniques will also help increase your energy and improve your concentration. Includes useful techniques for managing stress and anxiety when it strikes
