Youth Couch to 5K for 16 – 25 yr olds
Couch to 5k is a 12 week running course for absolute beginners, no previous running experience is needed! We will start with short running intervals interspersed with longer walking intervals, gradually building our stamina week by week. You will also learn how to look after your body when recovering to limit injury. The course will end with a celebratory group Park Run in Newtown. Make sure that you wear trainers and comfortable clothing, and bring water!
The group will meet at Hafan-yr-Afon at 5.30pm starting on Monday 16th September with Katie
