Do you want to meet young people like yourself in a safe and supportive environment where you can talk about what’s bothering you?
Meeting every Thursday, 6:30 – 8:30 in the Wellbeing Centre in Llandrindod.
It is a flexible group so there is no need to commit yourself to anything, if you need some help or just to chat come along! We will be running different activities each week. For a time table of activities, please see the bulletin on the side of the page.
Are you a young person struggling with your mental health? are you a parent worried about your childs mental health? Would you like more information on CAMHS and what to expect when you move to adult services?

Support In Schools
Offering support to 16+ students in Builth Wells and Llandrindod Campus’ during school time.
11am to 1pm on Thursdays in the Nurses room.
11am—1:30pm on Tuesdays in the Pastoral area, booking advised but you can drop in.
Students are also welcome to join the online youth group
